Please read carefully our terms and conditions below.

We are a non-smoking house.  Any evidence of smoking will incur a fine of €150 charged directly to your credit card.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for pets.

Our guests come to relax and receive a friendly welcome, so we will endeavour to make your stay at Bramble Rock one to remember for the right reasons.

Deposits

Your room is reserved from 4p.m. on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking. You can guarantee your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation.  We reserve the right the pre-authorise your card 7 days in advance of your arrival.  If you cancel with at least 7 days notice, we will refund the deposit minus €5 administration fee per room.

How to Pay Your Deposit and Balance

You can pay (the deposit and the balance) by cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard or electronic transfer of funds.

To book online, and pay the deposit by debit/credit card, click on our Check Availability button. 

Check-in and Departure Times

Check in is strictly between 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure.  We can sometimes accommodate check-in outside of these times, but please let us know.. before booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate breakfast or a check-out earlier than 8.00 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests.

Other Note

We reserve the right to change rooms to facilitate other bookings if necessary.
